Monitoring & Rebooting

Server monitoring is a major task for inexperienced VPS users – you need to check how your VPS server is doing, to see if it is overloading, to check if all the services are performing properly. It is a task that calls for permanent attention, and you probably don’t the needed time to take care of that. That is why we propose that we carry out the task for you. If you make use of our Administration Services option, we will be keeping constant track of your virtual server and all the tasks running on it. This way you will have much more time for your web sites or apps.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the simplest assignment in the world. You will either need to use a different server or your personal computer, or, alternatively assign a third–party software. We offer a far simpler and easier solution with our Administration Services offer. We will create a full backup copy of your VPS every week, so you never have to fear losing valuable information. And we can recover a backup copy really quickly. All the backups are saved on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to your web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. But, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional configuration on your part. That’s where our Administration Services option will come in real handy. It includes half an hour of installation & troubleshooting operations – this means that you can basically hire one of our seasoned server admins for 30 min and have him help you with the installation of any kind of application whatsoever that you desire. And/or have him solve an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an add–on for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
